Facilities Manager - Pittsburg
Countryside Self Storage has an exciting opportunity available in Pittsburg, KS office. If you are an organized individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for excellence, this key role in our organization may be for you. This Manager will play a key role in the daily operations of our SE Kansas facilities. They will ensure efficient and exceptional service to our storage clients and exhibit expertise in business functions, property-based tasks, and communication/marketing.
In this position you will:
  • Lead store operations and work closely with senior management facilitating customer satisfaction, business growth and maximizing sales and services.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging customers through phone, face-to-face and electronic communication, ensuring customers feel valued and supported.
  • Serve as a keyholder ensuring office hours, light property maintenance and safeguarding a clean and secure facility for our customers and their belongings.
  • Initiate lease agreements and manage accounts including daily banking activities and debt collection.
  • Local travel between locations maintaining consistency of our brand management across all sites.

Expectations:
  • Experience in retail sales. Administrative experience is a plus and training provided for the right candidate.
  • Demonstrate people skills through effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented combined with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Exhibit a “hands-on” and “can do” attitude willing to work both in the office and outdoors as necessary for complete customer satisfaction. · Possess basic computer skills and an ability to adapt with industry specific software.
  • Possess a growth-oriented attitude and passion for success.
  • Veterans and seasoned business individuals welcomed. This position is eligible for performance-based compensation in addition to base compensation.
